A Multinational Company is looking for Area Manager

Title: Area Manager - Pharmaceutical & Drugstores

Responsibilities:

Ensure territorial service rendered to principal and achieve profitability and organizational objectives at all times through efficient and effective management of field force.
Manage, motivate and develop team/individuals and take care of setting and measurement of performance standards as well as managing power utilisation.
Monitor sales target achievement of the field force, ensure implementation of call cycle, manage point-of-purchase and control budget.
Provide information to support decision-making and develop action plans to achieve objectives.
Conduct regular trade visits and provide customer service - to establish sound trade-working relationships at management levels.
Ensure availability of relevant and accurate management information and implement and maintain admin. Standards.
Ensure in-store documentation availability, implementation and maintenance of new and existing systems/procedures as well as subordinate recruitment, appraisal, replacement, coaching and training.
Maintain necessary liaison with Principal staff and have regular Principal meetings attendence.
Responsible for the field force and consumer interaction, management and supervision of sales and merchandising operations of the responsible territory and distributor management.
Take care of sales target/budget project and control. HR action and training identification as well as system /procedure management and admistration will also be his/her responsibilities.
Achieve point-of-purhase standard and interact with consumers.
Location:This position will be based in Beijing

Reporting line: Reporting to the Client Director
